Booking Policy

At Max Party Jumpers, we recommend reserving your inflatable as early as possible to ensure availability for your event.

  • Booking Deadline: Reservations close 1 day before the scheduled event date.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A reservation is confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received.
  • Please ensure the setup area is clean, level, and accessible before our delivery team arrives.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled delivery or event.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will only be accepted due to severe weather conditions that make it unsafe to set up or operate the equipment.
  • If severe weather prevents the rental, customers may reschedule their reservation for a future available date.
  • Refunds or credits are handled at the discretion of Max Party Jumpers based on the circumstances of the cancellation.

Delivery & Setup

Our professional team will deliver, set up, and secure the equipment before your event begins. After your event, we will return to safely remove the equipment. Please ensure someone 18 years or older is present during both delivery and pickup.


Safety Guidelines

  • Adult supervision is required at all times while the equipment is in use.
  • Do not use inflatables during high winds, thunderstorms, or heavy rain.
  • Shoes, food, drinks, pets, sharp objects, and silly string are not allowed inside the inflatables.
  • Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff to ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone.
