CANCELLLATIONS & WEATHER

When do I need to cancel, if I need to?

If you’ve got a change of plans and need to cancel, please let us know at least 4 days prior to your event. This way, we can make sure the unit becomes available to other clients who might be interested.

Is there any penalty if I decide to cancel my reservation?

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! If the cancellation is due to unforeseen weather circumstances, there’s no need to stress – we completely understand that these things are out of your control. But, if you do need to cancel for personal reasons, we kindly ask that you give us a heads up in advance. This way, we can open up the opportunity for someone else to enjoy it. And no matter how you paid, we’ll make sure to issue a refund.

What do I do? The forecast indicates bad weather for the day of my event

Well, let’s hope for the best and plan for the worst! If the forecast shows a 60% chance or less of rain, then it’s totally up to you whether to proceed with your event or not. But, if the forecast shows a deluge of 90% or more, then I’m afraid we’ll have to rain-check the event and issue you a full refund.

What do I do if I decided to continue with my party and it's raining?

Oh no, rain during a party can be a bummer, but there’s no need to let it ruin the fun! If it’s just a light rain with winds less than 15mph, you can leave the moon bounce up. Once the rain slows down or stops, simply wipe down the inside to make sure it’s dry, and let the kids back in. If it’s heavy rain or you’re ready to pack up, just unplug the fan and cover the moon bounce with the tarp that’s provided. Stay dry and keep the fun going!”
