“Safari” is adorable and beautiful bouncing house to complement your event. Our team will install and disinfect it between 7 am and noon, and it will stay up the next day if the weather allows. You can cancel and receive a full refund if bad weather is forecasted on the day of your party.

If there is a 60% or greater chance for rain and you decide to cancel, you will get a full refund.

If you decide to continue with your party and it rains at your event, If it light rains and winds are less than 15mph, leave the jump up. Once the rain slows down or stops, wipe down the inside of the Moon Bounce and let the kids back in.

If it is heavy rain or you not need any more the bouncing house, you need will have to cover the bouncing house with a tarp that we will provide.

Once the jumpers are delivered, we will not make any refunds.

if the weather forecast shows rain all day we will be forced to cancel.

If you decide to cancel for any personal reason, we ask you to cancel at least 4 days before your event, so that we can offer that unit to other of our clients.

No food or drink should be brought into the bouncing house, as it can create a slip hazard and damage the inflatable structure. Children should eat and drink outside the bouncing house.

Shoes should be removed before entering the bouncing house to prevent damage to the surface of the inflatable structure and to reduce the risk of tripping or slipping.

Sharp objects, including jewelry, should be removed before entering the bouncing house to avoid puncturing the surface and causing injury.

Visible metal zippers should be avoided to prevent damage to the inflatable structure.

Medical conditions including pregnancy should be disclosed to the rental company prior to use, as bouncing can pose a risk to individuals with certain health conditions.

Wrestling or roughhousing should be avoided to prevent injury to children.

Hanging on the netting should be prohibited, as it can lead to tearing and collapse of the structure.

Flips should be avoided, as they can be dangerous and increase the risk of injury.

Silly String or Sand should not be used in or around the bouncing house, as they can damage the inflatable structure and create a safety hazard.

Its also important to be aware of what to do in case of certain situations that may arise during use of the bouncing house. If the power goes out, the first priority is to remove the children from the bouncing house and then disconnect other devices that are using power from the same circuit before reconnecting it. If the wind speed exceeds 20 miles per hour, the bouncing house should be turned off and the children should be removed to wait for the wind to subside. If it starts to rain while the bouncing house is in use and the wind speed is less than 15 miles per hour, the bouncing house can be left on, but should be dried with towels once the rain has stopped.
